Call and tell us the leak is active. We’ll check availability with you. Stay off the roof, and move to safety if there’s an immediate danger.
Can I send photos of the storm damage?
Yes, if you can take them safely from the ground. Include the storm date if you know it. Don’t climb onto the roof for a photo.
Will insurance pay for the repair?
Your insurer decides what your policy covers. We can discuss the roof damage and repair estimate, but we can’t promise claim approval.
Do I need an inspection if there’s no leak?
A leak isn’t the only reason to have the roof checked. If you’ve seen missing shingles or damage after a storm, tell us when you call.
